Our Bournemouth flight school is based at Bournemouth International Airport.

Bournemouth Airport is a key national and international gateway to southern England, annually serving almost 1 million passengers and many popular destinations. The airspace and airport (ILS and RADAR) is ideally suited to develop Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) skills in readiness for cadet’s skills test and airline flying careers.

Cadets have access to student-style accommodation in Belaton House just a few minutes from the city centre, beaches and a short drive to the flight school.

Technical library

Our technical library is accessible to all L3Harris cadets.

Operations room

The operations room gives cadets a taste of life as a commercial airline pilot, checking weather data, planning flight routes, and final briefings with instructors and ground teams.


Our Bournemouth Flight School has numerous rooms, for pre and post flight briefings and dedicated learning areas.
