Pilot training courses
APS MCC course
Our Airline Pilot Standard Multi-Crew Cooperation (APS MCC) course is accepted as an industry standard for pilots at entry-level. The aim of the course is to equip new pilots with the core competencies to safely operate a complex, multi-crew, commercial aircraft.

Airline Pilot Standards Multi Crew Cooperation course overview
As an L3Harris Airline Academy cadet, during our APS MCC pilot course you will learn the standard operating procedures (SOPs) to advance your handling skills within realistic scenarios so that flying in normal and non-normal conditions becomes second nature. You will also develop self-awareness, teamwork, interpersonal, workload management decision making and non-technical skills.
The course is designed to deliver the requirements necessary to obtain your:
- Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) certificate which is based around the principles of Crew Resource Management (CRM)
- Jet Orientation Training (JOT)
APS MCC training can be completed as part of our Integrated Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) programme or as a stand-alone course via our Modular (ATPL) programme following completion of your MEP CPL & IR training.
