What is your placement rate?

Thanks to our partnerships with multiple airlines our current placement rate as reported to ACCSC in our 2020 annual report is 94%. This figure increases to over 96% of L3Harris cadets who become Flight Instructors with us and go onto be hired at an airline after reaching the 1500 hours.
