The Indian Professional CPL with L3Harris
L3Harris Airline Academy offers an Indian Commercial Pilot Licence program for Indian nationals who are pursuing their dream career. This programme is open to applicants who are residents / citizens of India who wish to obtain a DGCA license approval.

Graduate Placement Pool
On successful completion of training, you will enter the L3Harris Graduate Placement Pool where we will continue to develop your skills for application to Indian airlines. We hold regular CV, cover letter and interview training workshops along with developing your skills to sit group exercises and panel interviews. These will be bespoke to the airline you apply for and we dedicate time to prepare you for various selection tools used by the airlines. We can also supply a training reference report.

Indian Commercial Pilot License
Entry Criteria
To apply for this a program, you must meet the following requirements:
Age
- 17 years old at point of application (must be 18 years old to start training)
Education and English language
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- 10+2 with minimum score of 51% in Physics/Maths/English (applicants without can clear those exams through NIOS or any other recognised board that meets L3Harris approval, including international equivalents)
Medical
- Able to obtain and maintain an Indian DGCA & FAA Class 1 medical without restrictions (applicants can apply with a Class 2 medical)
Visas
- Valid passport with the unrestricted right to live and work in India with the ability to travel worldwide
- Able to obtain a U.S. Visa

The L3Harris selection process consists of:
- Remote Aptitude testing using Aon (Cut-e assessments)
- Remote one-to-one competency based interview
- Remote work related and behavioural psychological assessment
Any previous applicants who have sat the IndiGo selection process using the ADAPT system and deemed unsuccessful will have those results taken into account and if meeting the L3Harris standard, may be invited to enrol on this Indian Professional CPL with L3Harris. Those applicants that do not meet the L3Harris standard after sitting the ADAPT system may still apply to Indian Professional CPL but will have to sit and pass the selection process using the Aon (Cut-e system).
