What aircraft can I fly with a Private Pilot License?

  • Categories Career prospects

If you have a PPL, you are allowed to fly an aircraft which you are appropriately rated, such as a single-engine aircraft for leisure purposes.

At the L3Harris Flight Academy in Florida, we have a fleet of over 100 aircraft consisting of:

  • Piper Seminole
  • Piper Archer
  • Cessna 172P & 172SP
  • Cirrus SR20

This means you can act as pilot-in-command in any single-engine aircraft such as a Piper Archer and complete responsibility of the aircraft operations and safety of yourself and your passenger(s).
